Completed in April 2025. These Are Early Intuitions, To Be Tested is a series of drawings created with a robotic pen plotter. The robot follows instructions produced by a generative algorithm that creates a unique output each time it runs. Multiple sine wave oscillation functions, combined with procedurally generated noise, alter the size and orientation of 2,052 straight line segments. Soft curves emerge from hard edges.

This piece is part of our current show Catastrophic Forgetting and will remain on display in the gallery through March 15. We will ship this piece the week of March 16, 2026.
